"Ukrainian Members of the Parliament share the pain and sorrow of the Russian nation in connection with the death of people caused by the flood in the Krasnodar Territory," claims the telegram.

On behalf of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and in his own name, V. Lytvyn expresses sincere condolences to the near and dear ones of the victims and wishes rapid recovery to the injured.
